Mountain Valley Rain Forest

Late afternoon brings a heavy fog to the Cloud Forest in the Andes Mountains in Ecuador. The low and swiftly moving clouds add a moisture to the air that nourishes the lush green tropical vegetation that grows wild on the mountain. The scene shows an abundance of uncultivated green leafy trees, shrubs and grasses. A barren tree is in the foreground tho' moss and a vine grow upon it.
